Rachel received her training from Joffrey Ballet School, Steps on Broadway, The Ailey School, and The Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance. Ms. Dugan was selected to be a member of The Martha Graham Dance Ensemble where she toured the country dancing Ms. Graham's most iconic works. She was the founder/artistic director of The Nest for 10 years, a non-profit dance organization in the Philadelphia area. Upon relocation to Kansas, she continues to dance with KC Contemporary Dance where she serves as Outreach Coordinator. Ms. Dugan currently teaches at Kansas City Ballet School, First City Dance Center, and University of Kansas. She holds her MFA in dance from St. Mary's College of California as well as her 500-hour yoga, Body Mind Dancing, and Dance Production Management certifications. Rachel is always grateful to have the opportunity to be in the studio working with dancers in any capacity.
