Caroline grew up in Wichita, KS and began her dance career at Rogers Ballet, Inc. There she studied the Cecchetti ballet technique and many other styles of dance from Sharon and Stan Rogers. After high school, Caroline graduated from Texas Christian University with a BFA in Ballet and a minor in Communication and Disability Studies. During her collegiate career, Caroline attended intensives and workshops including Texas Ballet Theatre, The Washington Ballet, Dark Circles Contemporary Dance, Eugene Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, and Stephen Petronio Company working with instructors including Ben Stevenson O.B.E., Septime Webre, Stephen Petronio, and Joshua L. Peugh. Caroline performed in Giselle and Paquita Variations staged by her professors as well as other contemporary ballet works by Li-Chou Cheng, Elizabeth Gillaspy, Dwight Rhoden, and Toni Pimble. Since moving to KC, Caroline began dancing with KC Contemporary Dance Company and has been a company soloist and choreographer for 6 years. She is a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor and teaches ballet, contemporary, and tap around the greater KC area.
